Sustainable Growth League (SGL) for Executives is a comprehensive training program created for the purpose of supporting owners and executives of small businesses with 500 employees and under, through the systematic approach to business system, stages of growth leadership coaching, innovative business tools and ongoing support through an active online peer advisory community. Unlike other executive groups, SGL uses a proven system to significantly enhance the wisdom and advice of fellow members. By actively utilizing the Sustainable Business Growth System and business tools, members are able to develop specific leadership skills that dramatically improve the performance of their companies through all 7 Stages of Growth, and enhance their personal well-being in the process.
